The rise of general-purpose AI systems, foundation models, and generative AI have brought a new urgency to discussions around AI development, deployment and governance. We look forward to bringing participants together to examine collective challenges, including increasing safety and security concerns, the ubiquitous presence of generative AI in consumer digital products and services, increased concentration of power by big technology corporations, shifts in geopolitical dynamics, and the growing need for international coordination on trustworthy AI.
