Who We Are
GW TAI is an interdisciplinary community of faculty, practitioners and students dedicated to generating new knowledge on the design, development, deployment and governance of AI systems. Drawing on expertise from engineering, law, business, public health, medicine and other experts across the university, GW TAI brings diverse perspectives together early in the innovation process to conduct impactful research that can inform organizational or public policy. We also provide convenings and professional development opportunities to prepare the next generation of leaders to responsibly design, govern, and deploy AI in real-world settings.
