GW School of Business and GW TAI Professor Patrick Hall has been appointed GWSB's first Chief AI Officer. As Chief AI Officer, Prof. Hall will lead initiatives like:
- Building an inventory of existing AI-related work across GW Business to highlight strengths, identify opportunities, and support collaboration.
- Facilitating discussion of principles for responsible use of AI within instruction, operations, and research.
- Providing faculty and staff feedback to the Dean’s Office on the design of a potential AI award process.
